Gardens
Growing is tough at 1000 feet and a polytunnel has been invaluable
at prolonging our season. The vegetable gardens were all created
from scratch and now provide most of our needs. The views over the
hills make the gardens an uplifting place to work. Our food is grown
organically, fertilised by our ample supplies of cow and horse muck. |
