The busiest year ever with loads of volunteers and lots of progress!

The dismantling of the barn - 17th-18th century barn being dismantled with a great team of volunteers and stored ready for reconstruction during spring and summer..

The thatched barn - roof finished just before Christmas 2009- and plastering nearly completed by the autumn

We had some excellent gardeners this year who developed new areas and kept us in veg.

Lost our milking cow this year (broke her pelvis) so missed the milk and cheese. But acquired more birds and the sheep did well with a new ram

Processed much firewood and did creative things with mud and wood
